About Chaplain Steve

Steven Hiller is a chaplain candidate in the Army Reserves. A native Houstonian, Steven is
married to his beautiful wife Sophia.

As a civilian Steven is a campus missionary with Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ) and helps leads Cru movements at college campuses across Houston.

Steven attended the University of Houston where he participated in the Reserve Officer Training Corps,
Houston Battalion, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication- Public Relations with minors in Business Foundations and Military Leadership in 2018. After participating in ROTC he commissioned as  a Chaplain Candidate.

Steven currently attends the Houston campus of Dallas Theological Seminary where he is pursuing a Master of Theology with an emphasis in Exposition of Biblical Books.

Steven has a passion for helping Soldiers and students understand and learn to love the Gospel of Jesus Christ and each other.
