Welcome!

Thank you for visiting my page! I made this website so that I can practice my writing skills in an informal medium and in a place where I can invite people to step into my world for a moment and walk with me in my journey in Cru, seminary and chaplaincy in the U.S Army. My deepest hope is that through hearing my stories you learn to love and appreciate the God who I hope is glorified in all that I do.

If you leave this website having learned anything, I pray that it would be this story.

1) God loves you and created you with purpose. (Genesis 1:26)

2) Because of our own selfishness we as mankind decided to do what was right in our own eyes instead of what was right in God's. This was sin. The wages of sin is death and we all deserve it. (Genesis 3:6-7)

3) But God's grace was greater than our sin and Jesus, God who was born man, died in our place on the cross. (John 3:16)

4) Not only did He take our place on the cross, but He gave us eternal life and a hope of resurrection through Him being resurrected from the grave. (John 11:25-26)

5)All we have to do to become His children and receive salvation is to believe in Him as our Lord and Savior (John 1:12)

In Jesus we find salvation and true and fulfilling life. We meet our maker, our purpose, and our hope. In Him we will live and endure forever, now and in the age to come. Through this good news that we call the Gospel my life has been changed and I know yours can be too. All He asks is that you place your faith and trust in Him as Lord and savior. I pray that you would today. Feel free to contact me and tell me of your experience in trusting Jesus, or feel free to ask questions about the Bible or my story. I do not claim to know everything, but I can point you to someone who does.

In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

John 1:4-5
